NURSERY JOURNEY
Insight: Customer retention was hindered by a lack of post-purchase engagement. Once the first shop was complete, there was no clear visual or emotional incentive for the customer to build a habit with Zoom.
Solution: I developed a vibrant, high-energy "Nursery Journey" that utilizes a modular stamp card system. By moving away from static layouts and employing bold, celebratory typography and playful iconography, the design provides instant visual gratification. This system effectively bridges the gap between a single purchase and a long-term shopping habit, turning the path to rewards into a compelling visual narrative.
